The performance was created by Erna Ómarsdottir and Slovenian theatre director, performance artist and writer Emil Hrvatin under the umbrella of the TransDance Europe network. The piece was premiered in February 2005 in Reykjavík and was an immediate hit both in Iceland and in Europe alike and ranked up 30 performances in 18 different European cities.

The performance is a collaborative outburst from a group of artists from both different artistic fields and countries.  Dancers, musicians and performing artists from Iceland, Slovenia, Belgium and France were brought together to construct a piece that would offer a challenge and a set of questions on the war, army, entertainment and art.
