Hiroki Ichinose is a Japanese-American choreographer and dancer originally from Maui, Hawai‘i. His choreographic work spans stage, film, and music and he is currently developing a range of new works working across multiple disciplines and formats.

Recent creations include RED, a stage work and film adaptation supported by CHANEL and co-produced by Orsolina28 Art Foundation; and an upcoming music video/visual collaboration for Norwegian singer Ane Brun’s upcoming single. He was selected as a 2025 Orsolina28 Call for Creation Fellow and Dance Magazine’s “25 to Watch” in 2016. His work has been presented in Italy, New National Theatre Tokyo and Hyogo Performing Arts Center, among others. Ichinose’s choreographic language is informed by over a decade of creative processes with internationally renowned contemporary creators. He was a soloist with Staatstheater Nürnberg Ballet (2015–2018) and a dancer with GöteborgsOperans Danskompani (2018–2025) where he is currently on a leave of absence.
