Education: Iceland University of the Arts – School of Dance and Codarts, University of the Arts in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Ísabella Tara began her studies at Codarts in 2020 and graduated in 2024. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work with choreographers from, among others, Nederlands Dans Theater, Peeping Tom, and Hofesh Shechter Company.

In her final year of study, Ísabella took part in an internship with the dance company in St. Gallen, Switzerland, under the artistic direction of Frank Fannar Pedersen. There, she performed works by renowned choreographers such as Hofesh Shechter, Johan Inger, Jo Strømgren, and others.

After completing her studies, Ísabella moved to Turin, Italy, where she danced with Nuova De La Danza. There, she developed new dance works in collaboration with choreographers Ethan Colangelo and Ella Rothschild.

Today, Ísabella performs in The Garden by Kor’sia, a piece by Antonio de Rosa and Mattia Russo.
