The Orphic Circles and Other Gossip was chosen as “Performance of the Year” at the 2025 Icelandic Theatre Awards.

This is the second time a dance performance has received this award, and we are deeply grateful for the harvest of this dance season. The Iceland Dance Company received a total of 11 nominations and won three awards. Staging a production like this is a complex and demanding group effort, with many hands contributing to the work. Heartfelt congratulations to our dear colleagues, and thank you for your generosity, artistry, and resilience.
